I think it might be interesting to have a picture at the top of each chapter. An idea I kind of like but not set in stone.
This is my dragon, for your information: Meet Sedrak. He's what starts almost everything in the story, the grand overarching story, back story. (see image below)
Characters:
Clal - Hero (blond, shaggy hair)
Ansa - Twin Sister (long blond hair, thin)
Rythe - Friend, Rough more outdoors, wilderness survival, more muscular
Leara - Clal's (brown hair, elf ears, can produce a ball of fire in her hands (spoiler)
Morgreth - Wizard
The RISHK - (bad guys)
Renthar - very large, broad, wears an overcoat kind of look, black, thick
Imforo - (fire dude with hair that looks like fire a little, bigger guy - can produce fire too)
Skeldruc - thin, like a snake, sneaky,
Krothwing - thin, can fly, sleaves kind of look like wings
All are elven and have pointy ears
The Climax is pretty cool, that might give you some ideas.

RENTHAR IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS CHANGED.
HIS HAIR IS DARK NOW AND HE WOULD LOOK MORE TAN AND ROUGH BUT HIS CLOTHING IS THE SAME.
SKELDRUC COMES FROM - THE SANDS OF ILLUSION AND SO IS SNEAKY AND I THOUGHTS MAYBE HE COULD WEAR A SNAKE AROUND HIS NECK BECAUSE IN THE MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES SNAKES COME OUT OF BASKETS.
KROTHWING FLIES - HE'S HEARTLESS, RECKLESS, THIN AND ADORNED IN SILVERY HIGH EXSPENSIVE LOOKING APPARELS AS HE COMES FROM SKYLAND, A FLOATING ISLAND
IMFORO'S HEAD WOULD LOOK SIMILAR BUT I SEE HIM BEING MORE MUSCULAR.
