Legends of Clal
Book 1: Villain Events
Opening Scene
- Womlon emites the worst sort of winds and storm the night Felsawn departs from Hanon. The rest of the people who remain. The Evil One had finally breached the center kingdom searching for “stone of power” but only reached the chambers where it had been. Rage, greed, hate swirlded within him as the elements were called to swirl around him. Womlon, now Hanonthaine, wanted revenge.
- He wonders:
- How long has it been gone? Where is it? Who hid it?
- His powers overthrow all upon this land and his far reaching hand manages to snuff out almost all.
- Yet, Ottomus had a plan. It’s been 6 months since the stone seed was created and given to the dragon Sedrak. Ottomus told Sedrak not to return. Does the Wizard even know if the new land was built?
- He placed a spirit inside the seed to govern the five chosen elements, a female.
- The scene is a representation of:
- Womlon’s forces over the elements
- The number of followers
- His use of evil devices which is somewhat unfair to the good forces because, they seem to be less effective. But, Clal’s life proves that there are greater powers in good, beyond anything evil and contrive.
- Womlon is looking for the Wizard so that he can kill him. Do they meet? Yes. Does Womlon kill Ottomus? Most likely. (Perhaps the scene ends with Ottomus being in mortal danger. It ends with the scene looking like he is murdered by Womlon.)
The Beginning
- The Rishk are excited as well as King Emish and one other ally. Somehow, Womlon has figured a way around the banishment. His plans are to come to Illia and find the “stone of power” and rule the world with it. But, now, the seed has four other counterparts: Flame, (Second Sight), Wind/Song, Beauty/Riches/Gold/Light/Earth. All the things that Womlon can’t weild to their most perfect use of their existence.
- The Rishk meet with Emish and find out that Womlon has just made a magical breakthrough and his time to arrive in Illia is nigh
- They know that Womlon’s power is linking to “The One’s” arrival so they try to thwart his coming
- Invest the land with a desease of lies about “The One.”
- Try to get a few evil allies to overtake portions of the King’s influence
- They figure out a way to administer the examination differently
- Replace the orb which detects the mark of “The One” with a stone that doesn’t work
- The boys go in with an examiner who doesn’t really examin them
- Somehow, the Rishk are thwarted and don’t know that Clal is found, thus, the examination passes by to no avail.
- Clal’s brother goes back home and tells his family that he is “The One” but that he is being disguised and hidden for the good of all people. He says that he will begin on his journey.
- His family travels to Eldan Vyum to find Clal or they are summoned by the King. Ryth travels with the family.
- The Feast includes the entire family and things are discussed.
- Ansa and Ryth want to go with Clal.
- We think that Clal’s older brother will go with him but for some reason he does not:
- So as to not be a force that will take over
- He’s busy with other things
- He doesn’t want to because he doesn’t have that inner fire to break out of normality.
- Only the three, and Hittle, and Morgreth, see the room.
- “Morgreth, there’s no door handle, how are we supposed to get in?” “Clal, only you have the power to open this door. What do you feel you should do?” “Raise my hand like this.” And he does. The door slides away/fades away/sprouts a handle. Maybe he speaks what he wants the door to do or how he wants the door to open.
- Two Drawbacks of keep Clal secret
- The people will not believe that “The One” has been named.
- His family has been identified and now can be used for interrogation
- The Rishk find out that “the one” is named.
- They try to find him and send others to cross his path and lead him away from what he’s supposed to be doing, which is only known to Clal, Ansa, and Ryth. But, even they don’t know the full extent of their purpose.
