# Legends Prime

> Catch up on the Legends of Clal novel project and summarize where things stand.

This is a scoped, project-specific version of `/prime` — use it at the start of any session working on Josh's "Legends of Clal" novel series, instead of the main workspace `/prime`.

## Read

Read these files every time, under `/opt/fusionloop-aios/Legends of Clal/`:

- `legends-claude.md` — project context, current priority, file map, working rules
- `legends-log.md` — append-only decision log (what's already been decided — check before re-deciding anything)
- `legends-history.md` — the most recent 1-2 entries (narrative recap of the last session(s) — older entries are for deep reference only)
- `Legends of Clal - AI/illian-world-lite.md` — the lore/cosmology bible-lite, especially the **Open Questions / To Resolve** section at the bottom

## On-Demand Loading

Load these only when the task requires it — do NOT read in full every session:

- `Legends of Clal - AI/book1-scene-outline.md` — full scene-by-scene breakdown of Book 1 (load when doing structural/plot-hole work or when Josh references a specific chapter/scene)
- `Legends of Clal - AI/LOC - B1 - AI.md` — the actual working manuscript (load the relevant section when editing prose, not the whole file unless truly needed)
- The dated `Legends of Clal - AI/*-session-transcript.md` files — verbatim archives, only if a past exact wording genuinely matters
- The original archive folders (`july2026-novelcrafter-import/`, `legends of clal hub - july 22 2026/`) — read-only reference, only when mining for source material Josh points to specifically

## Summary

After reading, provide a concise brief covering:

1. **Where we are** — current phase (per the sequencing in `legends-claude.md`: structural decisions → continuity index → hygiene pass → edit pass → deferred world bible/series work)
2. **What's locked in** — the 3-5 most important decisions from `legends-log.md`, especially anything from the most recent entries
3. **What's still open** — the live open questions from `illian-world-lite.md` and any unresolved items flagged in `legends-log.md`'s "Open Items Not Yet Decided"
4. **Ready** — confirm you're ready to continue, and ask Josh what he wants to tackle this session
